eshop.lk Return and Refund Policy

At eshop.lk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the product within 7 days of receiving it.

  • Warranty Claims: Warranty claims are accepted only for products that come with a warranty card, which is provided with the product. Please ensure you retain the warranty card for any future claims.

  • Return Conditions: Returns are accepted only for products that are in their original condition, unopened, and unused. If you fail to send the return product within 7 days of receiving it,  In some unavoidable circumstances, we may extend the return period if you provide a valid reason.

  • Return Shipping Fees: If the return is due to a fault on our side, such as receiving the wrong product or a defective item, we will cover the return shipping fees. However, if the return is not due to a fault on our side, the return shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed by eshop.lk.

  • Vendor Orders and Refunds:

       1. If you purchased a product from our vendor using card payment and the vendor fails to dispatch the product within 5 days, we will refund your money.

      2. Customers must return the product to the vendor within 7 days; otherwise, you cannot request a new product or a refund. Extensions to this period may be considered if valid reasons are provided.

  • Electronic Products: If you purchase an electronic product from our official vendor page, it will be carefully checked and sent to you. In case of any issues with the product after delivery, you must provide video proof to our official WhatsApp number 0770777276. Note: Each electronic product is marked with a non-removable sticker. Do not remove this sticker and ensure it is visible in the video. For non-warranty products, video proof of receipt must be provided within 24 hours.
